Possibility no. 2:
You can wave down a passing taxi on the street. (At night taxis that are ready to pick up passengers are easy to recognise thanks to the lighted taxi sign. Bat even if the taxi is occupied it is worth waving because then the driver will pass on the information that there is a person waiting for a taxi.)

You can get into a taxi at any of the 104 taxi stands located throughout the city. There is sure to be one near you.
