Velotaxi
Velotaxi is a cult means of inner city transportation. These cool wizards of inner city travel can go where cars cannot – and they do it all with ecologically sound muscle power. Discover the state capital of Dresden in a completely new way.
From April until October, 10 city cruisers drive through the city on the River Elbe. From noon until 8 pm you can find them driving through downtown along two set routes. 
How to get a velotaxi
Velotaxis can be used just like a normal taxi: a short wave of the hand is sufficient and you are ready to go. You can reserve up to four velotaxis at a time by calling:

- The first kilometre costs 2.50 euros per person.
- Every further kilometre or part thereof costs 1 euro.
- The price for an individual 30-minute velo tour is € 7.50 per person.
- Children up to two years of age travel for free.
- Children from 2 to 12 years travel for half price.
Velotaxis for events und promotions
Special event prices are available when ordering five or more velotaxis or for trips of an hour or longer. Whether promotions, events or mobile outside advertising, Velotaxi gets your advertising moving. For your private pleasure or business event, velotaxi can be hired outside of the regular season and around the clock.
