‘Clara von Assisi’
The passenger vessel, the ‘Clara von Assisi’, is based at Niederlommatzsch. Trips on board afford the opportunity to enjoy the picturesque wine-producing villages along the Elbe from a different perspective all year round.
With heating throughout and wheelchair access, the boat has seating for 70 under cover and 50 on the open deck. The ‘Clara von Assisi’, which was previously based on the River Weser, has been plying the Elbe between Riesa and Rathen since 2001. The sailing schedule includes regular return trips starting from Niederlommatzsch, with commentaries on points of interest along the way. The ‘Clara von Assisi’ also offers special sailings and charter trips.
