It only takes a few simple steps to install the necessary software on to your mobile:
- Go to the HandyTicket customer portal
- Click on "Register now"
- Follow the "Software installation" instructions (steps 1-3)
- If you simply wish to make use of timetable information, there is no need to proceed to HandyTicket registration (step 4 onwards)
If you do wish to register for HandyTicket:
Using the timetable information
After entering your place of departure and stop and your place of arrival and stop, plus the time you wish to travel, a timetable request will be made to the background system. You will then receive details of several connections (as available), sorted by departure time. This service may incur a charge, the cost of which will depend your mobile phone contract.

If the system finds the entry for place or stop ambiguous, a list will displayed with the choices available in the system. The correct place or stop can then be selected from this list. Usually four different travel options will be given, sorted by departure time. The selected travel connections can then be saved and accessed at any time from the information memory.
