If you would like to speak to someone about timetables or tariffs, buy tickets for the VVO area, or get some up-to-date information, please come into the main VVO office.
Main VVO office opening hours:
Monday – Friday: 09.00 – 18.00
Saturday: 09.00 – 16.00
Sundays/bank holidays: closed
You can phone the main VVO office during these times:

Lost & found
Have you lost something on a train, bus or tram?
If so, please contact the relevant transport company.

NB: Dresden transport companies ensure that anything that is found is sent immediately to the City of Dresden Lost & Found Office.

If you have lost something on the Deutsche Bahn you can report it to their Lost & Found Hotline. Tel.: 0900 / 199 05 99 (59 ct/min. from German landlines, prices may differ from mobile phones)
You can call the hotline between 08.00 and 20.00 from Monday to Saturday, and between 10.00 and 20.00 on Sundays and bank Holidays.
