Group pre-registration
Travelling in a large group? If you wish to travel on regional buses with a group of more than 20 people or regional trains in a party of more than 50 people, please register at least 7 working days in advance. If our transport companies have your details they will be better able to plan, and thus avoid any disappointment. Our planners will do their best to accommodate pre-registered groups.
Enquiring about a group trip generates no legal entitlement other than those in the VVO's General and Special Transport Rules.
So give us details of alternatives, in case it proves impossible to transport you at your preferred time.
