The fares in Verkehrs­verbund Oberelbe (VVO) will be changed on 1 August 2018.

The VVO tariff: Just one ticket can be used to travel on all city and regional buses, trams and local trains, and almost every ferry, within the VVO area.

The VVO area is divided into 21 tariff zones.

The price level and period of validity of the ticket concerned are based on the number of tariff zones that the passenger travels in.

Note

No ticket required children until enrolment, kindergarten groups and severely handicapped persons according to SGB IX. Reduced tickets are available for pupils until 15th birthday. Pupils over 15 are entitled to use reduced season tickets. (reduced season tickets with a customer pass only).
