BahnCard 100 holders can use all local public transport in the Dresden tariff zone (TZ 10) for any number of journeys (except for funicular railways).

In 128 cities and towns, the Deutsche Bahn (DB) City Ticket is included in the respective tariff area for discount-price and flexi-price tickets for long-distance travel of more than 100 kilometres, thus enabling rail travellers to use both long-distance and local transport with just one ticket.

This means you have the City Ticket function included on all discount-price and flexi-price DB tickets for long-distance transport, Europe discount-price tickets, and international flexi-price tickets.

In brief:

+ ticket in Dresden tariff zone (except for funicular railways)

= City Ticket

All tickets valid for use as a 'City Ticket' are uniformly marked 'Dresden + City'.

If you have a ticket with this marking, you can use all public transport to and from the station within the Dresden tariff zone (TZ 10) on the day of your outward/return journey. Your ticket is not valid on the Bergbahns (Funicular Railway and Suspension Railway).

On 28th February, within the Dresden tariff zone, the holder of this ticket may use city and regional buses and trams to get to Dresden's main railway station or to Dresden-Neustadt station, take the Intercity to Berlin and use public transport within Berlin's S-Bahn ring A to get to their destination address.
